 “احتساب لازم ہے ,(افرادواداروں کی)کامیابی کے لیے“

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم ہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علی محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہ

 جس طرح پوری کائنات خالق کریم کی ذات کے رب العلمین ہونے کی بہت بڑی دلیل ہے اسی طرح پاکستان کا وجود اللہ تعالی کی

 ذات کی شہادت دیتاہے۔

کائنات کا نظم و ضبط خالق کریم نے کسی انسان کے زیر قدرت نہیں رکھاا ور اج تک خوب توازن برقرار ہے اگر یہ بھی انسان کے زیر قدرت ہوتا تو اس پر بھی چند لوگ اجارہ داری قائم کرچکے ہوتے۔

دنیاکے وسائل انسان کے زیر اختیار ہیں اور یہاں اختیارات کا غلط استعمال کرکر انسانوں نے ایک دوسرے کا جینا دشوار کردیا ہے۔

پاکستان کی حالت بھی ایسی ہی ہے۔اس کا وجود خالق کی مہربانی نہ ہوتا تو چند لوگ اپنے کردار سے اسے صفحہ ہستی سے مٹانے کے لیے کافی تھے۔

ہم پاکستانی اداروں سے متعلق جتنا بھی حسن ظن قائم کریں بالاخر صبر کا پیمانہ لبریز ہوجاتا ہے اور اعتراف حقیقت کرنا پڑتاہے کہ یہ ادارے نہ کسی اچھے نظام کاحصہ تھے نہ ہیں اور نہ ہی مستقبل میں ایسی کچھ توقعات رکھنی چاہیں جب تک کہ نظام کی اصلاح نہ ہو۔

جب میں مختلف مسائل کا سامنا کرتاہوں اور نجات کی راہ پالیتا ہوں تو خالق کریم پر میرا ایمان مضبوط ہو جاتا ہے۔(وَ مَنْ یَّتَّقِ اللّٰهَ یَجْعَلْ لَّهٗ مَخْرَجًا(الطلاق:۲)

یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا اِنْ تَتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ یَجْعَلْ لَّكُمْ فُرْقَانًا (الانفال:۲۹)).

2nd Appearance in PAF:2010:I improved myself and Test Qualified:Physical,Medical and interview Qualified but ISSB not Qualified

3rd Appearance in Pak-Army as 2nd-Letituient:2012:Preliminary selection Final but ISSB not Qualified(At that time i was graducate)

4th appearance in interview of CTI:2014(After M.A in ISL):Selected

5th Appearance in Interview PGC:Selected 2016(During M.Phil Research)

6th offer from school side dpt:Not joined

7th Appearance in GDC As CTI :selected(2017)

8th appearance in interview for PhD :Selected

9th appearance in UCP:Selected(2018 during PhD )

10th Appearance in PHEC for IRSF award scholarship UM Malaysia:Selected (2019-2020)

11th appearance in test and interview of VU Lahore:selected(2020-2021)

12th Appearance in PPSC(2020-2021):Not selected merit calculation mistake by commission,mailed but not responed till now.

13th Appearance :Test and interview in Ghazi uni:Not selected (2021)

14th appearance in Test & Interview of UOE for D.G Khan Campus:December 2021.Not confirmed about status.Vacancy cancelled or selected someone else,while according to HEC critaria,I fall in merit with aggregate of 95-98/100 i.e 95-98% aggregate.

15th appearance in Teaching Assistant interview in GCUF:Result Not Announced yet Now.

16th Appearance expected in Research officer and Lecturer interview in GCUF ان شا اللہ(Because both tests are qualifiedالجمدللہ).

میں اپنا اکیڈمک,ٹیسٹ رزلٹ اور انٹرویو ڈیٹیل کتاب کی طرح کھول کر رکھ دیتا ہوں۔الحمدللہ مجھے یقین ہے اپنے پرودگار کی 

ذات پر اور اس کی عطاکردہ صلاحیت وتوفیق پر۔

تاہم میں شکوہ رکھتا ہوں اپنے ملک کے مقتدر اداروں و افراد سے کہ خدارا اصلاح کریں اور ملک میں اعتماد و یقین کی فضا پیدا کریں۔نسل نو کی بے اعتمادی و غیر یقینیت تصادم ,بے اعتمادی ,غیر یقینیت,بغاوت اور بے راہروی پیدا کررہی ہے۔میں ایک حساس ادمی ہوں جو محسوس کرتا ہوں کھول کر رکھ دیتا ہوں۔میں نے اقربا پروری ,قومی عصبیت و ذاتی پسند ناپسند ,سیاسی انتقام و میلان,رشوت و سفارش  کا کلچر فروغ پاتے ہوۓ پایا۔یہی قسمت اور یہی میرٹ ہے۔ہمیں نظر ثانی کرنی چاہیے۔سبھی لوگ ایک جیسے نہیں ہیں۔ مجموعی صورتحال یہی ہے۔

اللہ تعالی سب کا نگہبان۔

Just as the whole universe is a great proof of the existence of the Creator as the Lord of the worlds, so the existence of Pakistan belongs to Allah Almighty.

 Evidence of caste.

The order of the universe has not been placed under the control of any human being by the Creator and good balance has been maintained till date.

The resources of the world are under the control of human beings and by misusing their powers, human beings have made life difficult for each other.

The situation in Pakistan is similar. If it had not been for the grace of the Creator, a few people would have been enough to erase it from the face of the earth.

No matter how much optimism we have about Pakistani institutions, the scale of patience is finally filled and we have to admit that these institutions were not part of any good system and we should not have any such expectations in the future till system reform. Don't be

My faith in the Creator is strengthened when I face various problems and find the way to salvation.
